This Refund Policy applies to purchases of Halo Maintain subscriptions from Halo Maintain.

30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net or contact our support team at support@halomaintain.com and we will help you.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and no further payments are taken. Cancelling stops future billing — payments for a billing period that has already started are not refunded, whether you pay monthly or yearly. If you pay for a month, you keep the month; if you pay for a year, you keep the year. The only exception is the 30-day money-back guarantee above.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
